Your team spends the day on laptops. For an hour, we swap them for instruments. Nobody needs experience. We teach every part, and colleagues end up making music side by side.

From a quick music break in a busy workday to a song your team writes itself.
A music break for any meeting or workday. Pick a famous song. We warm up body and voice, then build the song together.
Good for: opening a workshop or waking everyone up after lunch.
Live-band karaoke in your own office or chosen venue. Teams pick from 100+ songs, rehearse with Karl and Valentin, then perform. Everyone votes: best harmony, best showmanship, best remix.
Good for: parties and team days with a competitive streak. Live drums are an extra.
Your team writes and records its own song. Songwriters work on the lyrics with Valentin. Musicians learn their parts with Karl. Then everyone plays it together.
You keep: your song, mixed and mastered in Valentin's studio (included in the price), and the lyrics.
Pick one song from our list beforehand. We start with a vocal and rhythm warm-up. Then Karl and Valentin teach everyone a part, and your team plays the song as a band.
Good for: a free afternoon and a team moment with little planning.
Valentin mixes and masters every Company Song in his own studio. It is part of the price, not an extra, so your finished track sounds professional.
Karl and Valentin play your summer party or year-end celebration. For the full band, we bring a singer and a drummer.
All prices are starting prices. Your exact quote depends on group size, length and location. Hands-on sessions fit up to 15 people. For bigger teams, the Energizer and Office Unplugged work with many more.

About us
Two working musicians who teach groups every week, and the person who keeps your event running smoothly. Karl and Valentin have also been friends for over 5 years.
Keys, guitar, synth and studio
Valentin sat down at the piano at five. He produced his first songs at fifteen and studied jazz, rock and pop at the HfM Dresden.
He has toured with Friedrich Chiller and Ansa Sauermann, worked with artists like KWAM.E and Retrogott, and made music for brands like Fritz Kola and the broadcaster MDR.
With us, he turns your team's wildest ideas into a song that sounds like it belongs on the radio.
Upright and electric bass
Karl has played bass since he was young. He won several prizes at Jugend musiziert, Germany's national youth music competition, then studied bass and double bass at the HfM Dresden.
He tours with Sorvina and Flo Naegeli and has played everything from summer festivals to live TV.
He has taught since 2015 and is just as happy in a room full of beginners. Nothing beats the moment someone plays their first groove and can't stop grinning.
Bookings and operations
Jana plans your event with you, from the first email to the moment the band packs up. She helps you pick the right format, sorts out the date, the room and the setup, and keeps you in the loop. Your only job on the day: join in.
FAQ
No. Karl and Valentin teach groups every week, including complete beginners and kids. Every person gets a part that fits their level.
A room that fits your group and the instruments, a few power outlets, and about 45 minutes before the start for our setup. It can get loud, so give the neighbors a heads-up.
For Office Unplugged, a screen or projector helps. Without one, we print song sheets.
Up to 15 people in a hands-on session. The Interactive Energizer works with 15 to 100 people. Office Unplugged suits larger offices.
Yes. The whole team can run your event in English, so international teams are welcome.
Karl plays electric and double bass. Valentin plays guitar, piano and synthesizer. Neither of them is a singer or drummer. For a full live band, we bring a singer and a drummer.
